Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lumière Paris. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect with your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times after dispatch:

Important: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, and high-volume shopping periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order total. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after dispatch.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@lumiereparis.shop and we'll investigate.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These charges are:
- The responsibility of the customer
- Not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Not refundable if you refuse the parcel due to these charges
We recommend checking your country's customs policies before ordering if you're unsure about potential fees.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Re-shipping costs if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address
- Refunds for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly
If you notice an error in your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@lumiereparis.shop. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and changes may not be possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package (e.g. no one home, unable to access address) and the package is returned to us:
- You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery
- Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If you choose not to re-ship, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages marked "delivered": Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. Lumière Paris is not responsible for packages reported as not received after carrier confirmation of delivery.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, building reception, or alternative delivery locations
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Filing a report with your local authorities if you suspect theft
We are happy to provide tracking documentation to support your claim with the carrier.
Packages lost in transit: If your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days and the package has not arrived, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and product before opening fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumiereparis.shop with the photos and your order number
- Do not discard the packaging until we've resolved your case
Damaged items reported within 48 hours with proper documentation are eligible for free replacement or full refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to:
- PO Boxes (in regions where carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes)
- Restricted territories per international trade regulations
- Countries with active shipping bans

Order Changes & Cancellations
Address changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of order placement (see Address Accuracy above).
Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, orders may have entered processing and cannot be cancelled — they will need to be returned per our Return & Refund Policy.
