Return & Refund Policy
At Lumière Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Lumieyes® device. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
14-Day Return Window
You may return your Lumieyes® device within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- It must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- The 14-day window starts the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier
Returns requested after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email support@lumiereparis.shop with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item in its current condition (helps us process faster)
We'll reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We'll notify you by email within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account
365-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Separately from the 14-day return window, every Lumieyes® device is covered by our 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you've used the device consistently for at least 60 days and aren't satisfied with your results, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution.
The 365-day guarantee requires proof of consistent use (e.g. photos taken over time). Full terms available on request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Lumieyes® arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping if needed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- The Lumieyes Undereye Revival Guide eBook (digital products are non-refundable once accessed)
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Items not in original condition or missing packaging/accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lumière Paris is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported as not received. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
